Cameron Mitchell Restaurants looking for talented individuals for newest concept
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) is pleased to announce El Segundo Mexican Kitchen will join the company’s impressive portfolio of award-winning dining destinations on August 31, 2021.
A hiring office, located at 692 N. High St. Suite 302, opens today to recruit talented individuals who are committed to providing genuine “Raving Fan” hospitality for guests. CMR will add 70 new jobs to support the new concept including servers, bartenders, guest services, line cooks and dishwashers.
El Segundo will transport guests into a Mexican-inspired atmosphere, complete with a ceiling of floating sombreros, a tequila cabinet displaying liquors of Mexico and vibrant street art painted on the historic brick walls. This unique and fun concept will offer a menu inspired by authentic Mexican street food and made with fresh, responsibly sourced and local ingredients. With deep roots in regional Mexican cooking, the menu is built with authenticity in mind. Tortillas, sauces and signature ingredients will be made from scratch. Just as the Mexican culture exhibits, the food can be easily shared with family and friends. The concept also will have a diverse collection of craft and Mexican beers, an approachable wine list and a large variety of mezcal and tequila. Three exclusive barrels of Herradura tequila were hand-selected by CMR from Mexico to complement the unique menu offerings.
