Since high school I knew that I wanted to be in the restaurant business. In the early 1990s after achieving a number of my personal and professional goals and objectives, I set out to create my own restaurant company.
I knew from the start that my number one goal was to create an extraordinary restaurant company known for great people delivering genuine hospitality. I also knew that in order to achieve this goal, I could not do it on my own! In fact, our past, present, and future success is directly attributed to our associates.
Of our future associates, we ask that they make “Raving Fans” of everyone they touch. In exchange, we have developed a set of Core Values that start with putting our associates first. These core values are the lifeblood of the company and the cornerstone of what we work every day to achieve.
