In 2018, the CMR executive and operations teams were hosted by Marchesi di Barolo for our 25th anniversary trip. Anna and Ernesto Abbona, and their daughter Valentina, shared their quaint village and Italian traditions with us and it wasn’t long before the inspiration for “Valentina’s” was born.
This concept is near and dear to our hearts with traditional, authentic recipes reminiscent of the Italian countryside. Enjoy the rich pasta dishes, pizza al forno and mouthwatering wood-fired steaks. Then, cheers to the good life over hand-crafted Italian cocktails and fine wines. Whether you’re sharing antipasti with friends, enjoying a family dinner or lingering over a caffe and gelato, you’re always welcome at Valentina’s.
Our love language is fresh mozzarella, which is why Valentina’s has a house-made mozzarella bar highlighting each phase of the artisanal cheese: Mozzarella di Bufala, Stracciatella and Burrata. Each dish is topped with unique garnishes and served with sea salt focaccia.
You must try the Rigatoni Bolognese, a delightful dish filled with Italian sausage, braised beef and tomato ragu, topped with burrata. Our talented CMR chefs create each pasta delicacy by hand, while offering an immersive experience for passersby through the observation window.
Saluto! Our variety of refreshing cocktails and wines are the perfect addition to mark any occasion. We have partnered with Noble Cut Distillery to offer two exclusive ‘cellos: Meyer Lemon and seasonal Melon Basil. Along with Valentina’s signature house made Stonefruit Sangria, there is a wide variety of wine selections, including three options straight from the Abbona family’s Barolo winery. Valentina’s also offers zero-proof options so everyone can join in the toast.

Valentina’s is a refined Northern Italian concept featuring Barolo-inspired cuisine, fine wines, specialty cocktails and the genuine hospitality Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) is known for. The concept is located at 4595 Bridge Park Avenue in Dublin, Ohio. The menu includes a variety of shareables, unique wood-fired steaks, multiple pizza options and homemade pasta dishes, all crafted by Executive Chef Todd Kessler. Kessler began his CMR journey in 2012 as a sous chef and has grown through the organization, earning the 2019 CMR Executive Chef of the Year Award and now opening Valentina’s. He is excited to continue being a part of the growth of the company through this role.
The team at Valentina’s is led by General Manager Annie Bowlin, whose career includes a combination of fifteen years of restaurant and hospitality experience. She joined CMR in 2007 and has progressed through the company, earning the 2015 CMR Dining Room Manager of the Year, working as general manager at multiple concepts and now opening Valentina’s. Bowlin leads with a smile and positive attitude, which influences those around her.
Valentina’s is open daily for lunch and dinner – hours are Monday – Thursday 11:30 am – 9 pm, Friday 11:30 am – 10 pm, Saturday 11 am – 10 pm and Sunday 11 am – 9 pm. Happy hour is offered at the Bar Top Monday-Friday from 4 – 6 pm, including $3 off cocktails, $4 select beers, $5 off antipasti and $7 select 6oz wines.
