Butcher & Rose will join the renowned restaurant group’s culinary roster in new Edwards Cos. Preston Centre Re-development

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Today, premier local developer Edwards Companies announced its partnership with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) on the culinary group’s latest Central Ohio venture.
Butcher & Rose, a brand-new steakhouse concept, is set to open in the heart of downtown Columbus in the summer of 2024.

Situated on the ground floor of 155 E. Broad Street within the newly redeveloped Preston Centre (formerly PNC Tower), Butcher & Rose will seamlessly connect to the property’s highly anticipated below-grade garden element. The restaurant aims to deliver an extraordinary, vibrant, and indulgent steakhouse experience, featuring unforgettable culinary creations that will contribute to the revitalization of Columbus, Ohio as a leading downtown dining destination.

Eye-catching renderings of Butcher & Rose’s layout showcase a reimagination of the traditional and contemporary steakhouse. The dining space will incorporate classic and memorable elements, expertly modernized and styled in unexpected ways that will consistently surprise and delight guests.
