Leadership Philosophy
Boyle believes that professional success is rooted in preparation, hard work, and treating people with respect.
“I firmly believe success follows preparation and hard work. However, none of it matters if you do not treat people right.”
His leadership approach emphasizes integrity, relationship building, and a commitment to doing what is right, values that initially drew him to CMR and continue to guide his work today.
Career Journey
Before joining CMR, Boyle built a distinguished legal career at Isaac Wiles (formerly Wiles Boyle), where he practiced real estate and business law for more than two decades and served as CMR’s outside real estate attorney for 15 years. Through that longstanding partnership, he played an important role in the company’s expansion efforts while developing a deep understanding of its culture, values and business strategy.
When the opportunity arose to join CMR as its first in-house general counsel, Boyle embraced the chance to become part of an organization he had long admired. Today, he continues to provide strategic counsel that supports the company’s operations, development and long-term vision.
Personal
Boyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Miranda, and their three daughters. Outside of work, he supports Miranda’s retail boutique, Thread, and enjoys music, Ohio State football, running, cycling and golf. Among his favorite CMR menu items are the Hudson 29 Burger, Martini’s Veal Chop, and the Ribeye from Butcher & Rose.
