Leadership Philosophy
Laudick believes effective leadership starts with understanding that every individual is motivated, challenged and inspired differently. She values an individualized approach to leadership, taking the time to understand each person’s unique strengths, goals and perspective in order to help them succeed.
“Always remember to slow down and seek first to understand. Don’t move too quickly to make a decision. You might miss half the details if you don’t slow down to better understand the situation or other perspectives.”
Through her people-focused approach, she strives to meet associates where they are, helping them grow both professionally and personally while fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.

Laudick’s career with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants began when she joined the company as a server at age 20. In 2001, she accepted a human resources internship at the CMR home office, where she discovered her passion for talent development and organizational culture.
Over the years, she has held a variety of leadership roles within Human Resources, including Vice President, helping shape the department through her commitment to continuous improvement, associate engagement and professional development. Today, as Chief People Officer, she continues to play a key role in advancing CMR’s culture and long-term success.
