Guests Can Customize Their Pour the Old Fashioned Way;
Service Complements OCEAN PRIME’s Impressive Scotch Selection
In celebration of National Scotch Day (July 27), guests of OCEAN PRIME are invited to enjoy their favorite scotch – or discover a new one – while enjoying OCEAN PRIME’s traditional scotch pouring service.
“Many years ago I ordered a scotch in Scotland and fell in love with the simple, time honored way in which it was presented to me,” says Ryan Valentine, Director of Beverage for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. “I knew that type of attention to detail would be the perfect touch at OCEAN PRIME and so we have trained our associates not only in this presentation but in the recommendation of a fantastic lineup of scotches.”
Once a guest makes his or her selection, their scotch is delivered neat with a small pitcher of water and a glass of ice on the side. The guest is in total control of how they enjoy scotch, either by adding a few drops of water to bring out the flavor and aroma of the scotch, or by adding ice, which can reduce the aroma and alter the malt per their preference.
OCEAN PRIME serves a variety of Speyside, Highland and Island Malts including: Glenfiddich 12, Glenlivit 12 and 18, Macallan 12 and 18, Macallan Rare Cask, Johnny Walker Blue, Dalmore 12 and Talisker 10. Please note, scotch selection varies slightly by location.
