PHILADELPHIA (October 14, 2014) – The modern American supper club announces the debut of prime lunch service beginning Monday, November 17. Ocean Prime’s lunch menu will offer seasonally inspired cuisine, thoughtfully prepared by executive chef Mitchell Brumels and his culinary team with the highest quality and freshest ingredients available.
“Our new lunch menu will be well suited for all occasions, boasting a menu comprised of our signature favorites as well as lighter, healthier fare,” says general manager Lydia Turner.
The new lunch menu will showcase special dishes daily including:
Blackened Salmon Salad
Strawberries, red grapes, walnuts and poppy seed dressing
Shellfish “Cobb” Salad
Shrimp, lobster, bacon, bleu cheese and gourmet dressing
Asian Tuna Salad
Chili rubbed tuna, seven vegetables, toasted almonds and rice wine vinaigrette
Maryland Crab Melt
Tillamook cheddar cheese and jalapeno corn tartar
Sea Scallops and Risotto
Parmesan risotto, English peas and citrus vinaigrette
Shiitake sticky rice and soy butter sauce
