Columbus, Ohio — Del Mar, the highly anticipated restaurant from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR), opens today at Easton Town Center in Columbus. Located at 4089 The Strand East, the restaurant is led by General Manager Jill Armstrong and Executive Chef Mitch Brumels. This is the second location for the Del Mar concept, which also has a location in Naples, Florida, and a third location is scheduled to open in the NORA District of West Palm Beach, Florida in 2025. Inspired by Mediterranean coastal cuisine, Del Mar transports guests abroad. Bringing a variety of flavors together, CMR chefs have crafted a rotating and seasonal made-from-scratch menu that showcases a variety of seafood complemented by fresh produce and cheeses, rich olive oil and earthy spice blends. Del Mar features shareable dips & spreads, flatbreads and chilled shellfish—perfect for a light canapé. Our “from the hearth” section celebrates our wood-fired grill, featuring a show-stopping Lamb Tagine—made for sharing family style.
