Cento (100 in Italian) is a name that resonates with significance. As the 100th restaurant born from the 30-year legacy of CMR, it symbolizes our passion, innovation and heartfelt connection. Cento is inspired by the culinary creativity of the finest restaurants in Italy, where centuries-old recipes meet local specialties. Enjoy our one-of-a-kind menu including fresh antipasti, hand-rolled pasta creations, and made-from-scratch sauces; all created with authentic and seasonal Italian ingredients. Accompanied by hand-crafted Italian cocktails and a regularly rotating selection of fine wines, you will taste the spirit of Italy in every sip. Begin your dining experience with our prosciutto and melon antipasto, a classic pairing of ripe cantaloupe and honeydew combined with pressed prosciutto finished with an aged Gran Cacio for a harmony of rich flavors. Try our mouth-watering artichoke hearts as well with garlic aioli and gremolata.
Each of our main entrees is a testament to the art of culinary craftsmanship. Our chefs meticulously compose each dish by hand with love and exquisite care that can be tasted in every bite. The Amatriciana is a must-try dish. It is a delectable spin on a traditional pasta with hand-rolled bucatini noodles, Italian cured guanciale and tomato sauce, topped with Pecorino cheese. The Branzino, a fish native to the southern coast of Italy, is roasted and placed on top of a bed of golden potatoes with lemon vinaigrette – the perfect dish for seafood-lovers. Or try our Chicken Saltimbocca with roasted porcini mushrooms and a Marsala prosciutto reduction. Saltimbocca translates to “jumps in the mouth,” and that is the best way to describe the flavor of this dish.
Our beverage menu is full of wonderful Italian flavors. Guests can choose from an assortment of light and refreshing, as well as bold and spiritous cocktails, or from our regularly rotating selection of wine. Our in-house sommelier can make suggestions that pair seamlessly with our culinary offerings. We also offer a variety of zero-proof and classic café beverages so everyone can join the toast.
Our selection of old world desserts offers an irresistible finish to your fine dining experience and is an invitation to indulge. The Panna Cotta is a traditional Italian treat, with creamy vanilla honey gelato and fresh strawberries, topped with a dollop of rich sorbet. Our Tiramisu is another delectable option with creamy mascarpone soaked in Marsala espresso and a layer of ladyfingers for the perfect blend of smooth and crunchy.

The Team at Cento
Cento is an authentic Italian restaurant featuring centuries-old recipes, specialty cocktails, expertly paired fine wines and the Genuine Hospitality for which Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) is known. The concept is located at 595 South 3rd Street in Columbus, Ohio. The menu boasts a variety of fresh antipasti, hand-rolled pasta, and classic desserts, all crafted by Executive Chef Jonathan Deutschle. Deutschle began his 16-year career with CMR in 2007 as a pantry cook and has grown through the organization, working as the Executive Chef at several CMR properties. He is thrilled to bring his passion and creativity to Cento.
The team at Cento is led by General Manager Jessica Stull, whose career includes more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She joined CMR in 2015 and has progressed through the company working in a manager role at multiple concepts, and now opening Cento. Stull is incredibly passionate about delivering genuine hospitality and creating memories for guests through culinary experiences.
