Ingredients:
4 Jalapeño, Chopped
1.75 Cup Melted Butter
1.25 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 – 15 oz can Creamed Corn
Grease a 9×13 pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix chopped jalapeño, melted butter, and sugar. Once combined, add eggs and mix thoroughly. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set through the center.
Top with honey, additional butter and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
